Okay — more rain today — a good day for an indoor creative project. Which made The Weather sKwirl™ think of his friend Luis the Rat. Luis was created by New Haven artist, Vito Bonanno, who can be found at Project Storefronts with all kinds of cool Luis gear through October 3rd. For more info, check out Vito’s blog.
